Patrick Nally the London based property developer and Financial Holdings Ltd have announced plans to build an ambitious £65m entertainment arena in the heart of Leeds. Leeds Arena Ltd, a joint venture company, will own a 12,000-seater indoor bowl, which will be used to hold major pop concerts, sporting events and stage shows that the city currently misses out on because of the lack of a suitable venue.
